Why: In countries like USA, Japan, India, Kenya and Palestine, Folk High Schools have developed their own pedagogical traditions, and sung their own songs for decades. For the last 3 years, 20 folk high schools globally, have collaborated around sustainable education and are now inviting you to join.

What: Participate in Workshops, Talks, and Debates on the pedagogical approach to sustainable transition / Strengthen your network with Folk High Schools across the globe / Experience art installations, performan-
ces, music, and food.

Who: Up to 1000 people, including Folk high school students, educators, researchers from the Global Network of Folk High School Research, and other stakeholders in sustainable education. The festival will be open for all interested in exploring education’s ability to play a part in the transition of our societies.

Where: Beautifully located in nature by forest and sea, Houens Odde Scout center, near Kolding.
